Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Deadline
    Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  2. Return Conditions
    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any signs of wear or damage will make the item ineligible for a return.

  3. Non-Returnable Items
    For safety and hygiene reasons, some lingerie items cannot be returned once tried on. The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Panties, thongs, briefs and other underwear already tried on.
    • Bras or lingerie sets without their original packaging or having been worn.
    • Items damaged or soiled after delivery.
  4. Proof of Purchase
    To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to the store address.

  5. Partial Refunds
    Partial refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

    • Items showing obvious signs of use or deterioration not covered by a warranty claim.
    • Items returned damaged or without original packaging, except in the case of an error on our part.
    • Items returned after the 14-day period, subject to certain conditions.
  6. Refund Process
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or other original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  7. Reimbursement Delays
    If you don't receive your refund within a reasonable time frame, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for your refund to officially appear.   8. Sale or Promotional Items
    Only items purchased at regular price are refundable. Sale or promotional items are not refundable.

  9. Exchanges
    We only exchange items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To exchange a defective item for an identical product, please email us at isadorastrass@gmail.com

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a tracking service or insuring your shipment, especially for items over €75. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
